This section does not apply to dwelling units with access to exit conforming to 3.3.4.(1) to (4) and to roof enclosures with access to exits conforming to 3.3.1.3.(5) and (6)

Note: Mezzanines are considered to be part of the

Floor Area in which they are located.

 

1) Is the floor area located in a one- or two-storey building,

AND

2) Is the occupant load of the floor area 60 or less (see table 3.1.17.1)?
